Electronic Medical/Health Records support is gaining adoptation among Major Private Hospitals and Government Hospitals in India. This adoptation brings in new challenges such as Reduced Doctor-Patient Time and Increased Doctor-Computer Time, particularly during data entry. And it has come to stage where doctors show reluctance in using the EMR services to its full potential. This challenge is also prevalent in western countries. If this problem is unaddressed effectively, either the purpose of EMR itself would be defeated or reduced patient facing time. In order to increase the Doctor-Patient time, we offer a Mobile App based solution which scans the Paper based Doctor prescriptions, notes, etc., interpret it using AI Technologies and integrate the information into EMR automatically. With this solution, the doctors can continue with their existing patient handling approaches and still utilize the health record digitalization services.
